Leptospermum squarrosum

Leptospermum squarrosum is found in sunny positions, often where there is some moisture. It is an erect, dense shrub to 2.5-3m.

Leaves are glossy and dark, often purplish, sharply-pointed and rigid, folded along the mid vein.

The pale pink flowers of Leptospermum squarrosum are 10-20mm wide and set along the main stem and branches.

Leptospermum squarrosum usually flowers March - April,but has been seen flowering as late as June.
