Leucopogon setiger is distinctive because the pure white flowers droop like bells in clusters of 1-4 from the leaf axils, sometimes almost entirely hiding the leaves. The shrub itself is stiff and prickly, growing up to about 1.5 m high. It is found in open dry heath on sandstone.

The leaves are narrow, 2 - 4 mm wide and up to 12 mm long, with a sharp point.

The flowers are 5 mm long, hanging on long stalks.

Leucopogon setiger flowers from August to November.
