Pimelea linifolia ssp. linifolia is a small shrub with a rounded appearance when small, with one main stem branching laterally. It can become straggly as it grows up to about 1.5m. It is common in sandy heath and low open forest.
The straight (lini..) narrow leaves are opposite, fine and erect, from 3 - 30mm long.
The flowers of Pimelea linifolia ssp. linifolia are usually white, sometimes pink, with orange anthers, clustered at the ends of the branches.
Pimelea linifolia flowers for most of the year.
